A constitutional amendment guaranteeing the right to safe and legal abortions will ensure that pregnant Marylanders have this right no matter what a right-wing Supreme Court decides.

Preserving a woman’s right to choose comes up frequently in discussions with constituents.  Equal access to reproductive health care, such as contraception, is also important.
